New Year's in North Wildwood brings Philadelphia Mummers String Bands to the shore on September 11 and 12, 2026. More than a dozen string bands, including top performers from the Philadelphia New Year's Day Parade, are expected. The parade begins at 5:00 PM on Saturday along Olde New Jersey Avenue, starting at 2nd Street and ending at Spruce Avenue. The event is free for spectators and creates a lively, music-filled atmosphere in the North Wildwood entertainment district.
